Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Pick salmon to remove skin and bones.
    Add eggs, onion and enough oats to hold together (about 1/2 cup).
    Take 1/4 cup of mixture and shape into little logs.
    Roll in oats.
    Fry in 1/4 cup oil and turn to brown on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
