Baked Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved and sliced lengthwise
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    2 slices white bread, finely crumbled
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the last 2 and pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Dot top with butter slivers and sprinkle the 2 tablespoons water over the top of the mushrooms.
    Cover dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
