Holiday Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. fresh cranberries, ground
    2 small oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
    Add water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Stir juice mixture into gelatin mixture; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Add cranberries, oranges, celery and walnuts to gelatin mixture; mix well.
    Pour into lightly oiled 10-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Yields 15 to 18 servings.
