Grilled Cheese And Ham On Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices sour rye bread
    butter or margarine, softened
    prepared mustard
    8 slices process American cheese or Cheddar cheese
    8 slices cooked ham
Preparation
    Spread 4 slices of bread with butter or margarine and 4 slices with mustard.
    Place cheese, then ham on buttered bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Cut in halves diagonally.
    Grill sandwiches in small amount of butter in skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until golden, about 3 minutes on each side.
