Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin (1 small can makes 2 rolls)
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. either walnuts, pecans or almonds
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients.
Add remainder.
Pour into greased and floured (10 x 15 x 1-inch) pan.
Top with 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans or almonds.
Bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
