Hommous Tahini(Chickpea Filling) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chickpeas
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt to taste
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped black olives
3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Blend until smooth.
Good as sandwich spread or pita bread filling.
