Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
5 to 6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
salt and pepper
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops in shortening on both sides.
Add other ingredients and cover.
Cook until tender.
