Lemon Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3/4 c. cold water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Gradually add water, yolks, peel and juice over medium heat until it thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in butter.
