Potato Salad(Servings: 8. Preparation Time: 3.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 potatoes, boiled and quartered
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. dill pickles, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh carrots, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. salad style mustard
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1 small jar pimiento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onions, grated
    1/3 c. green bell peppers, chopped
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. cabbage, grated
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salty water and quarter into large mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Refrigerate for three hours.
