Impromtu Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Place apples in greased pie tin (8 or 9-inch).
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on apples.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
