Ellie'S Tavern Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini (about 6 medium), coarsely grated
2/3 c. minced onion
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery leaves
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Drain zucchini and combine with next 7 ingredients.
Mix last 4 ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
Spoon into casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
