Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut squash in half; scoop out seeds.
    Add butter, brown sugar and sprinkle with pepper.
    Place in roast pan and fill bottom of pan with 1/4-inch water.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until tender.
