Sweet Cranberry Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled and sliced apples (McIntosh or Cortland)
2 c. fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. apple juice
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
3 Tbsp. butter
pie crust for 10-inch double crust pie
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line a 10-inch pie pan with pie crust. Mix all ingredients together and pour into crust.
Place top crust on, crinkle edges and make a few punctures in top crust to let steam escape.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 50 additional minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
