Recovery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey
    2 Onions
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 Green Pepper
    2 Stalks Celery
    1 lg. can V-8 or Tomato Juice
    1 lg. Potato
    2 c. Cabbage
    1 lg. pkg. Frozen Vegetables
    2 Tbsp. Mixed Herbs*
    Hot Water as needed
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 can Garbanzo Beans
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onions lightly.
    Add all vegetables and juices, cook until tender.
    Then add beans and herbs and heat. Use a large pot as it makes enough for 8-12 portions.
    *Rosemary, Thyme and Basil make good seasonings.
