Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beets
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 whole mustard seed
    3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook beets; peel and slice.
    Add to mixture, then boil for 10 minutes.
