7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour (presifted)
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour.
    Beat well.
    Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
    Pour batter into a well-greased and floured pan or mold. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let it cool.
    Decorate with glaze or frosting (lemon).
