Apricot Nectar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. halved seedless green grapes
    1/4 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
Preparation
    Bring apricot nectar to boil; add jello, stirring until dissolved.
    Stir in water and lemon juice.
    Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients; pour into an oiled 4-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold salad; garnish with apple slices, mandarin oranges and grapes, if desired.
