Beet And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin Jell-O
    1 can cubed beets, drained (No. 303 size can)
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (No. 2 size can)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot beet juice (one cup).
    Add water if not enough beet juice.
    Use pineapple juice for the cold liquid. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill until firm.
