Greek Cocktail Meatballs(Keftaidakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground lamb
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. dried mint
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except olive oil with 1/4 cup wine. Knead well, form into small meatballs (the size of a walnut) and place in an oiled baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 1/2 cup wine over the meatballs, shaking the baking pan to turn meatballs.
    Place in a chafing dish to keep warm and pour the pan juices over the meat.
