Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour (piling up)
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 cooked pie shell
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; set aside.
    Beat eggs (saving 2 whites for meringue); add milk.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt and add to egg mixture.
    Add juice from pineapple.
    Cook in top of double boiler (or directly over low heat, stirring constantly) until thick. Fold in pineapple and pour into cooked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 until meringue is golden brown.
