Ham And Cheese Appetizer Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. chopped cashew nuts

Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and mustard. Mix until well blended.
Stir in Cheddar cheese and chives.
Shape in log.
Roll in nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
