Italian Knot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. flour
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla to eggs and mix well.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture, one cup at a time.
    Pinch off a small amount of dough and roll between hands to form thin strips and tie in a knot.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
    Dip immediately in vanilla icing glaze.
    Makes several dozen.
