Blueberry Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. torn young salad greens
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped basil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. Blue cheese, broken into chunks
Preparation

Toss together greens and berries.
Combine remaining ingredients (except blueberries).
Mix well.
Pour desired amount of dressing over greens and toss.
Sprinkle Blue cheese over top. Makes 4 servings.
