Fresh Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/2 c. margarine
    juice of 2 oranges
    milk
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add grated orange rind, margarine and juice with milk, enough to equal 1 cup.
    Beat with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and beat 2 minutes more.
    Pour into layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
