Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to cranberries.
    Then add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
    Mix until blended.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
