Rolled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    chicken bones and skin
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 celery stalks, chopped
Preparation
    Debone chicken, saving bones and skins for broth.
    Mix cheese and seasonings.
    Dip chicken breasts in melted butter.
    Roll in cheese mixture, then roll in cornflake crumbs.
    Fold into a light roll and fasten with a toothpick.
