Pickle Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 c. onions
    4 bell peppers, cut thin
    2 c. vinegar
    3 tsp. celery seed
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Salt down the squash 1 hour, then drain.
    Add all ingredients together.
    Bring to a hard boil and can.
    To be eaten with vegetables.
