Chocolate Walnut Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix egg and water in small bowl.
    Microwave chocolate, milk, and butter in large bowl on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
    Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
