Crepes-Basic Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt.
Beat until blended.
Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
Remove from heat.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet.
Lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
Return skillet to heat; brown crepes on one side only.
Separate crepes with waxed paper.
Makes 16 to 18 crepes.
Freeze any remaining unfilled crepes.
Serve with fresh fruit or fruit compote rolled inside.
Top with whipped cream.
