Pumpkin Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. unseasoned pumpkin
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook raisins in 1 cup of water.
    Save 2/3 cup of water from raisins.
    Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well with hands.
    Pour into 2 large or 3 small pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
