Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. cooked rice
1 medium can cooked shrimp or 1/4 to 1/2 lb. cut up, cooked shrimp
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 or 4 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
chopped olives (about 6 large green or black ripe olives)
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; chill before serving.
If canned shrimp are used, be sure to drain, rinse well and pat dry before cutting up.
Fresh shrimp can be added as taste and pocketbook allow.
