Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 large egg (optional)
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well.
    Roll into 2-inch balls.
    Place in oven dish or baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until done.
    These can be cooked in beef broth or seasoned tomato sauce.
