Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; skim off excess fat.
Add garlic, parsley, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer uncovered 45 minutes.
Cook noodles in salted water until tender; rinse with cold water.
Let set.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Line bottom of pan/dish with half of noodles.
Spread half the meat mixture.
Cover with Mozzarella slices.
Repeat layering.
Pour remainder of meat mixture over all and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let set 30 minutes before serving 12.
