Oven Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flounder or sole fillets
4 Tbsp. reduced calorie Italian dressing
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place fish in shallow baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
Marinate several hours (optional) in refrigerator, turning fish occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake fish for 30 minutes uncovered.
Broil for 5 minutes or until fish is crisp.
