Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 1/2 c. medium salsa
    18 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, covered.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
    Garnish with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, grated cheese and black olives.
