Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef stew meat
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar (may omit)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    3 to 6 carrots, cut into chunks
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 to 6 cubed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    savory salt
Preparation
    Mix tapioca with liquid.
    Combine with all other ingredients. Place in heavy pan with tight lid, no steam holes (foil will work).
    Bake at 250\u00b0
    to 300\u00b0
    for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
