Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples, quartered and boiled (enough for 7 c. pulp)
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 or 2 c. sugar or to taste
    1 pkg. lite Home Gell
Preparation
    Sieve 7 cups of apple pulp.
    Cook all ingredients over high until hard boil (rolling boil which cannot be stirred down); stir constantly for 1 minute.
    Pour into jars.
