Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    cracker crumbs
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix salmon with enough cracker crumbs to absorb salmon liquid. Add celery, onion and eggs; form into patties.
    Beat eggs with fork; add milk.
    Coat patties with egg mixture, then crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer before frying.
    Fry in oil until nice and brown on both sides.
