Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 cans French-cut string beans do not drain
    1 can very small English peas, drained
    1/2 onion, slivered
    1 c. chopped celery
    7 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    small jar pimento
Preparation
    Put vegetables in bowl.
    Mix vinegar, oil and sugar.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Marinate at least 24 hours.
