Shrimp Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
2 boiled eggs
1 stalk celery
1/4 c. sweet relish
1 small bunch shallots
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil shrimp until they turn pink.
Drain and set aside.
In food processor, blend celery and shallots together until they are a smooth consistency.
Remove celery mixture from processor. Combine shrimp, eggs and sweet relish in processor for 15 seconds. Add this mixture to celery mixture.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Combine well and spread over your favorite bread.
