Meatballs In Chicken Broth(Polpette In Brodo Di Pollo) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth (see recipe)
1/2 lb. ground sirloin or chicken
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 piece bread, soaked in water and squeezed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine meat, garlic,
Parmesan cheese, parsley, bread, salt and pepper.
Shape into small dime-size meatballs.
Bring broth to boil and drop
in meatballs.
(Do not fry meatballs.) Boil on medium heat for 5
to
8 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
