Peanut Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. peanuts, unsalted
    1 c. zucchini, grated fine
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. dried chopped prunes
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanut oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Scald
    peanuts\tin
    boiling water until skins are soft. Grind peanuts up fine.
    Mix zucchini and peanuts, then add all other ingredients,
    mixing
    well.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
