Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. packaged herb seasoning mix (stuffing)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash finely; blend all ingredients except cheese.
    Put in a greased casserole; top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
