Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 10 Irish potatoes, cooked
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add salt and soup mix.
    Spoon potatoes in 2-quart casserole.
    Brush top with butter and paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
