Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Italian sausage
    6 green bell peppers
    3 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cook sausage, then cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Remove from frying pan and saute peppers until soft and transparent.
    Add sauce and vinegar; return sausage to pepper mixture.
    Mix and serve.
