Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can English peas
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in margarine.
    Combine rice, celery, onion, margarine, parsley flakes, salt, celery salt, pepper and peas with chicken broth.
    Place in 3-quart baking dish.
    Place chicken over this.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk.
    Spread over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
