Applesauce Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 sticks margarine
1 loaf stuffing bread
1 box Bell's stuffing mix
1 pkg. breakfast sausage, cooked and sliced or crumbled
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 to 1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. Bell's seasoning
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 c. applesauce
1/2 to 1 c. apple juice
1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
In large bowl, combine stuffing bread, Bell's stuffing mix, sausage, salt, pepper, thyme, Bell's seasoning, chopped apple, onion, celery and applesauce.
Mix together, then add apple juice and water to desired consistency.
