Veal Paprikas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal (1 inch pieces)
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening.
    Add onions, paprika, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Add meat, cover and cook 1 hour.
    Add flour, blend well and cook 5 minutes.
    Add 1/2 pint sour cream.
    Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
