Peaches For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. peaches (fresh, peeling and all, seed out)
    5 lb. sugar
    1 pt. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and cook slowly until thick and dark.
    Seal in hot sterilized jars and water bath to insure seal.
    Tastes like dried peaches with a lot less work.
