Heart Healthy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans kidney beans
    1/2 onion chopped
    4 cans crushed tomatoes (15 oz.)
    Chile powder to taste
    Salt to taste
    Cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onions.
    Drain and place into large pan. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
